ABOUT THE POSITION

The position involves managing the ongoing work with participants seeking jobs within our labor market services. You will guide several individuals during the same period, document in systems, support them in their job search, and match them with the labor market. You will do this both in individual conversations with participants and in groups, including holding seminars and lectures. Participants will benefit from the services that you plan together to help them enter the workforce, which you will coordinate. If participants are assessed to need training before employment, you will assist them with this.

REQUIREMENTS:

To qualify for the position, you must meet one of the two options below.

OPTION 1:

University education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system).

Work experience: At least two (2) years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time work can also be accepted if the total working time corresponds to full-time over two (2) years.

OPTION 2:

At least one (1) year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade.

At least three years of work experience in the last five years in one or more of the following professions or tasks:

• Management with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Career and educational guidance
• Handling personnel issues (not solely personnel administration)
• Work with labor and labor market issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career guidance
